What does your day look like?

Good morning! You arrive at your department in our open offices, and a colleague asks if you'd like a cup of coffee (or tea) already. It's great because it gives you time to start up your computer and catch up with a colleague from another department about yesterday. You heard from your colleague that a deal is going to happen today! Now it's up to you to make sure that this deal happens at ETT Distribution. You attend to your own inbox and the shared inbox, respond to incoming calls, and call back a customer who had a question about a quote. In addition to working with existing clients, you reach out to potential customers based on provided lists and add your own information.

It's now time for a break, and today you don't feel like going outside. You join a group of colleagues in the dining area to chat and enjoy the delicious food that's available. You savor the view of the fields and take a moment to clear your mind. When the weather is pleasant, lunch is enjoyed outside on the terrace near the petanque court.

After the break, you have a meeting with the product managers who present the actions and strategies for the upcoming period to your team. Meanwhile, you consider which customers might be interested and plan to inform them in the coming week. After the meeting, you reach out to the customer you spoke with earlier in the morning. Together with your colleague and in consultation with the suppliers, you have prepared a great quote, which you present to the customer. Deal! You gather all the necessary information and forward it to Business Operations, who will ensure that the order is processed.

At the end of the afternoon, you review the day's order intake. The deal you closed today is included, and you see that your colleagues have also done well.

Currently, we are seeking a Sales Representative for the International market. In addition to the standard duties of a International Account Manager, this role involves actively making outbound calls to new customers to promote promotions and projects for all brands within the business unit. Your target audience includes not only IT professionals but also large companies, schools, and government entities.Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

An overview of your responsibilities:

You will become the commercial responsible for the Benelux region together with your team.

  • In line with market trends and requests, you will prepare quotations and be responsible for their follow-up. It's up to you to ensure that these quotations are effectively converted into orders. You will follow up on warm leads.
  • You will be the main point of contact for your customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
  • You will embrace the challenge of attracting new customers to ETT Distribution and our brands.
  • You will respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
  • You will work closely with account managers, product managers, business operations, and suppliers.
  • Achieving revenue targets.
  • You will engage in self-study to expand your knowledge.
  • While it may be a cliché, you truly are the linchpin. You serve as the link between partners, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
  • You will occasionally participate in events.

What do you bring?

You are fluent in English, and French and other languages. You have several years of experience in a similar role within a B2B environment. You have extensive administrative experience, work in a structured and meticulous manner, and maintain an overview of all matters requiring your attention. You have an affinity for accounting. You are a persevering individual who takes initiative and enjoys contributing to finding solutions. You anticipate challenges and are not deterred by peaks in the administrative workload. You are highly precise and resilient to stress. You don't give up easily and always seek solutions. You are bursting with energy and enthusiasm and have an optimistic outlook. You are proficient in Word, Excel, and communication tools. We use Navision as our ERP system.

You enjoy being part of a team and collaborating. We work hard but also appreciate a good joke. If you bring a healthy dose of humor, we definitely value that. It's important that you are detail-oriented and proactive. We'll teach you the rest! Relevant work experience is a bonus but not a requirement for us. You will always receive support from an assigned mentor or buddy.
